Please note that shipping charges, special orders, candies, chocolates, personalized items (ribbons, boxes, etc), and sample orders are non-refundable.
Unauthorized returns and refused orders will not be accepted for refund. Please pack the item in its original packaging and mail back to us, shipping pre-paid by you.
Upon receipt of the return, we will then credit your VISA or Mastercard for the amount authorized by Decadence Fine Chocolates and agreed to by you.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that are not sent back within 2 weeks of authorization.
